Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to: a novel chimeric antigen receptor using a CD99 region participating in immune synapse stabilization as a backbone of the chimeric antigen receptor; immune cells comprising same; and uses thereof. Compared to CAR-T cells with the existing backbone, CD99-based CAR-T cells form a significantly more stable immune synapse with tumor cells and show improved treatment efficiency on tumors, and thus can be advantageously used for immune cell therapy for cancer treatment.
본 발명은 면역시냅스 안정화에 참여하는 CD99 부위를 키메라 항원 수용체의 백본(backbone)으로 사용하는 새로운 키메라 항원 수용체, 이를 포함하는 면역세포 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. CD99 기반 CAR-T 세포는 기존 backbone을 보유한 CAR-T 세포에 비해 종양 세포와 훨씬 안정적인 면역시냅스를 형성하며, 향상된 종양 치료 효율을 나타내므로, 암 치료를 위한 면역세포 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. |
