Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a polyethylene-based resin composition for fibers comprising, based on 100 parts by weight of a polyethylene resin prepared by copolymerizing ethylene and an alpha-olefin with 3-10 carbon atoms: 0.01-0.7 parts by weight of an antioxidant indicated by formula 1; and 0.01 to 0.3 parts by weight of a nucleating agent indicated by formula 2, and, more specifically, to a polyethylene resin composition for high-strength fibers having excellent processability, low rate of thread breakage due to gel during high-temperature processing, and an excellent mechanical property.
본 발명은 에틸렌과 탄소수 3~10의 알파-올레핀을 공중합하여 제조된 폴리에틸렌 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 화학식 1 로 표시되는 산화방지제 0.01~0.7 중량부; 및 화학식 2 로 표시되는 핵형성제 0.01~0.3 중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유용 폴리에틸렌계 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 가공성이 우수하고 고온 가공시 겔(gel)에 의한 단사율이 낮으며 기계적 물성이 우수한 고강도 섬유용 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. |
