RECYCLING PLASTIC POWDER MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT USING MULTI-STEP TYPE GRINDING OF WASTE PLASTIC

Provided is a technology capable of pulverizing waste plastics into powder for smoother surface injection when recycling waste plastics and generating powder by batch and step-by-step pulverization in one device from large waste plastics to granular waste plastics when pulverizing the powder, thereby obtaining resource recycling and cost reduction effects. A recycled plastic powder manufacturing device using phased pulverization of waste plastics according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sorting moving module including a moving means for moving waste plastics introduced from an inlet hopper for pulverization and a sorting unit installed on the moving means to sort the waste plastics into a plurality of types depending on the size of the waste plastics; a milling unit including a plurality of milling units for separately pulverizing the waste plastics for each size selected by the sorting unit, wherein waste plastics pulverized from other milling units are finally supplied to a milling unit for pulverizing the smallest waste plastics; and a packaging module for receiving and packaging plastic powder manufactured from the milling unit that pulverizes the smallest waste plastics. 폐 플라스틱을 재활용 시, 더욱 매끄러운 표면 사출을 위해서 파우더로 분쇄할 수 있고, 파우더 분쇄 시 사이즈가 큰 폐 플라스틱부터 알갱이 형태의 폐 플라스틱까지 하나의 장치에서 일괄적이고 단계적으로 분쇄하여 파우더를 생성할 수 있도록 하여, 자원 재활용 및 원가 절감 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 기술을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 폐 플라스틱의 단계적 분쇄를 이용한 재활용 플라스틱 파우더 제조 장치는, 유입호퍼로부터 유입된 폐 플라스틱을 분쇄를 위하여 이동시키는 이동수단 및 이동수단에 설치되어 폐 플라스틱의 사이즈에 따라서 복수의 종류로 선별하는 선별유닛을 포함하는 선별이동모듈; 선별유닛에 의하여 선별된 사이즈별 폐 플라스틱을 각각 분쇄하는 다수의 밀링유닛을 포함하되, 가장 작은 사이즈의 폐 플라스틱을 분쇄하는 밀링유닛으로 다른 밀링유닛으로부터 분쇄된 폐 플라스틱이 최종적으로 공급되도록 배치되는 밀링모듈; 및 가장 작은 사이즈의 폐 플라스틱을 분쇄하는 밀링유닛으로부터 제조된 플라스틱 파우더를 공급받아 포장하는 포장모듈;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
