Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device and a method for recovering and processing toner from waste cartridges, wherein the device collects toner from waste cartridges, puts the recovered powder type toner (11) into a toner inlet (530) to mix the toner with heated water and to solidify the toner, pressurizes and transfers the solidified toner to discharge the same through a toner outlet (570) in the form of toner pellets (511), and has a screw conveyor (500) having screw blades (520) fixed to a screw shaft (510) and rotated in a conveyor body (501). 본 발명은 폐카트리지로부터 토너를 회수하고 회수된 분말 형태의 토너(11)를 토너투입구(530)에 투입하여 가열된 물과 혼합하고 응고시키며 가압 이송시켜 토너배출구(570)에서 토너펠렛(511)으로 배출시키되, 콘베이어 본체(501) 내에서 스크류 축(510))에 고정되고 회전되는 스크류 날개(520)를 구비한 스크류 콘베이어(500)를 갖춘 토너 처리장치(2)를 포함하는 폐카트리지로부터 토너를 회수하여 처리하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
