Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a highly elastic shoes sole for injection molding using a rubber blend having excellent elasticity and heat shrinking property. Particularly, a rubber blend in which butadiene rubber having excellent elasticity is dispersed finely in a thermoplastic styrenic elastomer (TPS) having high heat stability, compared to polyethylene (PE), through a physical/chemical process is provided to ensure not only low hardness and high elasticity but also heat stability at the same time. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a foamed shoes sole for injection molding by using the rubber blend, and thus can ensure high elasticity and dimensional stability during the injection molding.
본 발명은 탄성과 열수축 특성이 우수한 고무 혼합물을 이용한 고탄성의 사출용 신발 발포창 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 PE(polyethylene)에 비해 열안정성이 높은 스타이렌계 열가소성 탄성체(thermoplastic styrenic, TPS)에 탄성이 우수한 부타디엔 고무(butadiene rubber)를 물리적/화학적 공법으로 미세분산시킨 고무 혼합물을 제공함으로써 저경도와 고탄성 특성 뿐만 아니라 열안정성을 동시에 확보하되, 상기와 같은 고무 혼합물을 이용한 사출용 신발 발포창 제조 방법을 제공함으로써, 사출 성형 시 우수한 고탄성과 치수안정성을 확보할 수 있도록 하는, 탄성과 열수축 특성이 우수한 고무 혼합물을 이용한 고탄성의 사출용 신발 발포창 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. |
