Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for determining a posture based on voice guidance. According to an embodiment, the apparatus for determining a posture includes: a voice guide unit which outputs voice guide for at least one motion among a plurality of preset motions; an image obtaining unit which obtains a plurality of skeleton images based on similarity between a user's motion based on voice guidance for the at least one motion and the at least one motion; and a posture determination unit which determines the degree of posture balance of the user based on the obtained skeleton image.
