APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FIRE AND SECURITY SENSING

The present invention relates to a device and a method for fire and security monitoring based on changes in temperature and sound field. The device includes temperature and sound field sensors. The temperature sensor measures a change in ambient local temperature. The sound field sensor includes: a sound generator outputting a multitone sound wave having frequency components to a monitoring space; a sound receiver receiving the multitone sound wave and calculating the sound pressure of each frequency component; and a sound field signal processor estimating the average temperature change in the monitoring space using a sound field spectrum based on the sound pressure of each frequency component and determining whether or not a fire has occurred in the monitoring space based on the local temperature change and the average temperature change in the monitoring space. 본 개시는 화재 및 보안 감시에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 온도 변화 및 음장 변화에 기반한 화재 및 보안 감시를 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 개시의 실시 예에 따른 화재 및 보안 감시를 위한 장치는, 주변의 국소 온도 변화를 측정하는 온도 센서 및 음장 센서를 포함하되, 상기 음장 센서는 복수의 주파수 성분들을 갖는 멀티톤 음파를 감시 공간으로 출력하는 음향 발생 장치, 상기 멀티톤 음파를 수신하여 상기 복수의 주파수 성분들 각각의 음압을 계산하는 음향 수신 장치, 및 상기 복수의 주파수 성분들 각각의 음압에 기반한 음장 스펙트럼을 이용하여 상기 감시 공간 내부의 평균적인 온도 변화를 추정하고, 상기 국소 온도 변화와 상기 감시 공간 내부의 평균적인 온도 변화에 기반하여 상기 감시 공간 내부의 화재 발생 여부를 판단하는 음장 신호처리 장치를 포함한다.
