Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an evaluation apparatus for indoor environmental quality based on carbon dioxide concentration, and a control method thereof. The evaluation apparatus more objectively evaluates the effect of a change in carbon dioxide concentration on the cognitive ability of an occupant by integrating and reflecting the cognitive ability task result of the occupant according to the change in the indoor carbon dioxide concentration and the neurological response measured during a cognitive ability task execution process. The evaluation apparatus includes a collection part for collecting EEG data; and a calculation part for calculating an evaluation index. 본 발명은 실내 이산화탄소 농도의 변화에 따른 재실자의 인지능력 태스크 결과와 인지능력 태스크 실시 과정에서 측정되는 신경학적 반응을 통합 반영하여, 이산화탄소 농도 변화가 재실자의 인지능력에 미치는 영향을 보다 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 이산화탄소 농도 기반의 실내 거주환경 평가장치 및 그 동작 방법에 관한 것이다.
