Manufacturing Method of Kudzu Vine Use Eco-Friendly Walking Mat and Eco-Friendly Walking Mat Therof

The present invention relates to an eco-friendly walking mat using kudzu vine and a manufacturing method thereof, which can collect kudzu vines grown in nature, make a rope by processing the kudzu vines, and weave the rope into a form of mat, so that the mat is spread and used on various forms of footpaths. The method comprises the following steps of: cutting the kudzu vines in a fixed length; compressing the cut kudzu vines to make the same into a single yarn; preprocessing the single yarn to soften the same; making the softened single yarn into a primary rope; making a plurality of the primary ropes into a secondary rope; and weaving the secondary ropes into a walking mat. The present invention facilitates a convenient and simple manufacture of the mat using kudzu vines, extends the lifespan of the mat, bleaches a dark color of kudzu vines to a color similar to palm trees, and does not contaminate surroundings in case of erosion or wear of the mat by returning the same to the nature as a compost. 본 발명은 자연에서 자라는 칡덩굴을 수거 후 가공하여 로프를 만든 후 그 만들어진 로프를 매트형태로 직조하여 다양한 형태의 보행로에 깔아 사용하도록 한 칡덩굴을 이용한 친환경 보행 매트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, 일정길이로 절단하는 칡덩굴 절단단계와, 절단된 칡덩굴을 단사로 제조하기 위한 압착단계와, 단사를 유연화시키는 전처리단계와, 유연화된 단사를 1차 로프화시키는 단계와, 복수 개의 1차 로프로 2차 로프화시키는 단계와, 2차 로프로 보행 매트가 되도록 직조하는 직조단계로 이루어진다.
