Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a chip for fluid analysis using a mold provided with an intaglio groove of a high-precision fine pattern through laser processing. According to the disclosed present invention, the method of manufacturing a chip for fluid analysis comprises: a preparatory step of preparing a core to be machined; a processing step of processing an intaglio groove by irradiating a laser to the core; and a post-processing step of post-processing the core. In the processing step, a mold is prepared by irradiating a laser repeatedly at least once within a preset intensity range to process an intaglio groove in the core. 개시된 본 발명에 의한 유체 분석용 칩을 제작하는 방법은, 가공할 코어를 마련하는 준비단계, 코어로 레이저를 조사하여 음각홈을 가공하는 가공단계 및 코어를 후처리하는 후처리단계를 포함하며, 가공단계는 레이저를 기 설정된 세기 범위내에서 적어도 1회 이상 반복 조사하여 코어에 음각홈을 가공하여 마련된 금형을 이용한다.
