Insert Molding Type Metal and Plastic Case Capacitor

The present invention relates to a capacitor including an insert molding-type metal-plastic double-material case. The present invention includes: a capacitor module (10) formed by winding a dielectric film, having conductive sprayed surfaces on both sides, and including a capacitor element (C), a first bus bar electrically connected to one sprayed surface of the capacitor element and having a first pull-out terminal (1) on an exposure side, a second bus bar electrically connected to the other sprayed surface of the capacitor element (C) and having a second pull-out terminal (2) on an exposure side, and an insulating sheet interposed between the first bus bar and the second bus bar and insulating an overlapping region; a plastic case (20) forming a three-dimensional space incorporating the capacitor module with four side walls and a bottom wall and having an open upper surface (29); a metallic outer wall portion (30) formed outside at least one of the bottom wall and one of the four side walls of the plastic case (20); and a filler (40) hardened and filling the space between the capacitor module and the inner wall of the plastic case (20) after infiltration in a gel or fluid form. An inner wall portion (20a) of the plastic case (20) in contact with the metallic outer wall portion (30) forms one double-material wall (50). 본 발명은 인서트 사출식 메탈 플라스틱 이중 재료 케이스를 구비한 커패시터에 관한 것으로, 좀더 구체적으로 유전체 필름이 권취되어 형성되고 양측에 전도성의 용사면이 형성되고 커패시터 소자(C)와, 상기 커패시터 소자의 일측 용사면에 전기적으로 연결되고 노출측이 제1 인출단자(1)를 구비하는 제1 부스바와, 상기 커패시터 소자(C)의 타측 용사면에 전기적으로 연결되고 노출측에 제2 인출단자(2)를 구비하는 제2 부스바와, 상기 제1 부스바와 제2 부스바의 사이에 개재(介在)되어 겹치는 영역을 절연시키는 절연시트,를 포함하여 구성되는 커패시터 모듈(10)과; 사방 측벽과 바닥벽에 의해 상기 커패시터 모듈이 내장되는 입체 공간을 형성하고 상부면이 개방된 개방면(29)를 갖는 플라스틱 케이스(20)와; 상기 플라스틱 케이스(20)의 상기 사방 측벽 중 하나의 측벽 또는 상기 바닥벽 중 적어도 하나 벽의 외측에 형성되는 금속재 외벽부(30)와; 상기 커패시터 모듈과 플라스틱 케이스(20)의 내벽 사이 공간에 갤 또는 유체상으로 침투되어 경화, 충진되는 충진재(40);를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 금속재 외벽부(30)와 접하는 플라스틱 케이스(20)의 내벽부(20a)이 하나의 이중재료벽(50)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트 사출식 메탈 플라스틱 이중 재료 케이스를 구비한 커패시터에 관한 것이다.
