Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a small unmanned ship having a stable strength of the hull and reducing mold manufacturing cost and hull drying time. According to the present invention, provided is a method for manufacturing a small unmanned ship comprising the steps of: using a three-dimensional (3D) printer to manufacture a lower plate mold in which a lower plate groove part having a shape corresponding to a lower plate of the ship is formed on an upper surface and an upper plate mold in which an upper plate groove part having a shape corresponding to the upper plate of the ship is formed on the lower surface; attaching and forming a reinforced protective material to the surface of the lower plate groove part of the lower plate mold and the upper plate groove part surface of the upper plate mold; after combining the lower plate mold with the reinforced protective material to face the upper plate mold, forming a hull through vacuum molding while supplying an epoxy resin between the lower plate mold and the upper plate mold; and separating the molded hull from the lower plate mold and the upper plate mold.
