Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to primer sets for specific detection of rice yellow mottle virus (RYMV) and uses thereof, and since three primer sets of the present invention can specifically detect the RYMV, it is judged that the primer sets can be usefully used to reduce damage caused by RYMV infection of rice plants. 본 발명은 쌀 황반 바이러스 (Rice yellow mottle virus; RYMV)를 특이적으로 검출하기 위한 프라이머 세트 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 3개의 프라이머 세트는 RYMV를 특이적으로 검출할 수 있으므로, 벼 식물체의 RYMV 감염에 의한 피해를 경감시키는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
