Since the two primer sets of the present invention can specifically detect APLPV, it is considered that the introduction of APLPV into Korea can be effectively prevented. 본 발명은 미국 플럼 라인 패턴 바이러스 (American plum line pattern virus, APLPV)를 특이적으로 검출하기 위한 프라이머 세트 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 2개의 프라이머 세트는 APLPV를 특이적으로 검출할 수 있으므로, APLPV의 국내로의 도입을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
