Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a mask manufacturing apparatus for automatically discriminating between a defective mask and a good mask and a discriminating method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to the mask manufacturing apparatus for automatically discriminating between the defective mask and the good mask and the discriminating method thereof, which monitor a mask to which an ear band is fused and provide a defective mask discharging device for discharging the defective mask through a separate conveyor belt. According to the present invention, there is an excellent effect of increasing production efficiency of the mask by automatically discriminating and discharging the mask having a defect in ear band fusion without a need to manually separate the mask. The mask manufacturing apparatus for automatically discriminating between the defective mask and the good mask according to the present invention comprises: an ear band fusion unit; a defective product monitoring unit; a first transfer unit; a second transfer unit; and a third transfer unit. 본 발명은 불량 마스크와 양품 마스크를 자동으로 판별하는 마스크 제조장치 및 그 판별방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 이어밴드가 융착된 마스크를 모니터링하여 불량 마스크를 별도의 컨베이어 벨트를 통해 배출하는 불량 마스크 배출장치를 구비하는 불량 마스크와 양품 마스크를 자동으로 판별하는 마스크 제조장치 및 그 판별방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 이어밴드 융착 불량이 있는 마스크를 사람의 수작업에 의해 분리할 필요가 없이 자동으로 판별하여 배출하여 마스크의 생산 효율을 높이는 탁월한 효과가 있다.
