More particularly, the present invention relates to a lip seal type vacuum valve improved to strengthen a leak prevention function by double sealing by configuring a sealing structure of the vacuum valve installed in a tank of an oil tanker to have a lip seal in addition to a basic sealing. 본 발명은 립 씰 타입 진공밸브에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 유조선 탱크에 설치된 진공밸브의 씰링구조를 기본씰링에 더하여 립 씰을 부가 구성함으로써 이중 씰링에 의한 리크 방지 기능을 강화시키도록 개선된 립 씰 타입 진공밸브에 관한 것이다.
