SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FINDING AN EMPTY HOUSE

The present invention relates to a system and method for predicting an empty house. The method for predicting an empty house can comprise: a) a step of primarily extracting houses in which all floors are unpermitted; and b) a step of secondarily extracting houses which have a road name-type address, and have an electricity consumption which is equal to or lower than a reference consumption or the change rate in the electricity consumption is equal to or lower than the reference change rate in the electricity consumption, among the primarily extracted houses, and predicting that the secondarily extracted houses are empty ones. In addition, the method for predicting an empty house includes: a step of primarily extracting the houses which have an electricity consumption, which is equal to or lower than the reference electricity consumption, or the change rate in the electricity consumption is equal to or lower than the reference change rate in the electricity consumption, the houses which have a tap water consumption, which is equal to or lower than the reference tap water consumption, or a change rate in the tap water consumption, which is equal to or lower than the reference change rate in the tap water consumption, and empty and abandoned houses; a step of secondarily extracting houses with a building ledger among the primarily extracted houses; a step of tertiarily extracting the houses whose number of years of building exceeds the reference number of years and/or the houses which have a building structure/roof structure other than the RC/SRC; and a step of predicting that the tertiarily extracted houses are empty ones. The present invention aims to provide a method for predicting an empty house, which is able to reduce the personnel and cost required for on-site survey. 빈집 추정 방법은, a) 전층이 무허가인 주택들을 1차 추출하는 것과, b) 상기 1차 추출된 주택들 중 도로명 주소를 갖고, 전기 사용량이 기준사용량 이하이거나 전기 사용량 변화율이 기준사용량변화율 이하인 주택들을 2차 추출하고, 상기 2차 추출된 주택들을 빈집으로 추정하는 것을 포함할 수 있다. 또한 본 개시물은, 전기 사용량이 기준사용량 이하이거나 전기 사용량 변화율이 기준사용량변화율 이하인 주택들과, 상수도 사용량이 기준사용량 이하이거나 상수도 사용량 변화율이 기준사용량변화율 이하인 주택들과, 공폐가들을 1차 추출하는 것과, 상기 1차 추출된 주택들 중 건축물 대장이 존재하는 주택들을 2차 추출하는 것과, 상기 2차 추출된 주택들 중 건축연수가 기준연수를 초과하거나 및/또는 RC/SRC 이외의 건축물 구조/지붕 구조를 갖는 주택들을 3차 추출하고, 상기 3차 추출된 주택들을 빈집으로 추정하는 것을 포함하는, 빈집 추정 방법을 제공한다.
