The present invention relates to an anchor fixing device capable of visually identifying anchor tension, which can monitor changes in tension of a tension member installed to reinforce the ground such as a slope, thereby facilitating easier maintenance of the tension member, and, more specifically, to an anchor fixing device capable of visually identifying anchor tension, in which an upper plate of a reaction force jig provided outside an anchorage device through which a tension material penetrates, and the anchorage device are mutually coupled by indicator bolts, and the colors of indicators provided on the upper surfaces of the bolt heads of the indicator bolts change according to the magnitude of tension force acting on the tension material.
