The capillary tube expanding device of the present invention includes a capillary tube supply unit, a capillary tube transfer unit, a capillary tube expansion unit and a capillary tube loading unit, and the capillary tube supply unit includes a supply hopper, a capillary tube lifting part, a capillary tube mounting frame, and a capillary tube supply arm. 본 발명은 모세관 확관장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 다수의 모세관을 연속적으로 자동으로 확관할 수 있으며 가공된 모세관의 불량유무를 판단하여 구분하여 적재할 수 있는 생산성이 향상된 모세관 확관장치에 관한 것이다.
