Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing mixed beverages containing silicon minerals to easily manufacture mixed beverages containing silicon minerals. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: (a) mixing and aging 0.14 to 0.15 parts by weight of a silicone resin mixture and 0.07 to 0.09 parts by weight of sodium hexametaphosphate to produce crystals; (b) heating and pulverizing the crystals to produce a crystalline powder; (c) supplying the crystalline powder to 99.5 to 99.8 parts by weight of water and dissolving the crystalline powder to manufacture water-soluble silicon water; (d) mixing the water-soluble silicon water with 0.04 to 0.06 parts by weight of a mineral concentrate, 0.04 to 0.06 parts by weight soy sauce, and 0.04 to 0.06 parts by weight of lactic acid bacteria and fermenting the mixture to manufacture a mixed solution; (e) aging the mixture; and (f) mixing aged mixture with water and aging the mixture to manufacture a mixed beverage.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 혼합 음료 제조 방법은, (a) 0.14중량부 내지 0.15중량부의 규소수지 혼합제재 및 0.07중량부 내지 0.09중량부의 헥사메타인산나트륨이 혼합되고 숙성되어 결정체로 생성되는 단계; (b) 상기 결정체가 가열되고 분쇄되어 결정 분말로 생성되는 단계; (c) 상기 결정 분말이 99.5중량부 내지 99.8중량부의 물에 공급되고 용해되어 수용성 규소수가 생성되는 단계; (d) 상기 수용성 규소수가 0.04중량부 내지 0.06중량부의 미네랄 농축수, 0.04중량부 내지 0.06중량부의 간장 및 0.04중량부 내지 0.06중량부의 유산균과 혼합되어 발효되어 혼합액로 생성되는 단계; (e) 상기 혼합액이 숙성되는 단계; 및 (f) 숙성된 혼합액이 물과 혼합되고 숙성되어 혼합 음료로 생성되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다. |
