The present invention relates to a heavy water treatment device having a filter unit washing structure. A heavy water treatment device which is configured to treat raw water to form heavy water includes a heavy water storage tank having a filling space so that the heavy water is filled therein; a raw water supply unit for supplying raw water to the heavy water storage tank; a filter unit installed inside the heavy water storage tank to filter out foreign substances contained in the raw water flowing in through the raw water supply unit; and a discharge pipe for discharging the heavy water filled in the heavy water storage tank to the outside. According to the present invention, the structure is simplified, so that rainwater can be easily turned into heavy water, the heavy water can be treated stably using a filtration unit, and manufacturing costs and maintenance costs can be reduced by the simplified structure. 본 발명은 여과부 세척구조를 갖는 중수처리장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 원수를 처리하여 중수를 형성시키도록 된 중수처리장치로서, 내부에 중수가 충진되도록 충진공간이 형성된 중수저장탱크와, 상기 중수저장탱크에 원수를 공급하는 원수공급부와, 상기 중수저장탱크의 내부에 설치되어, 상기 원수공급부를 통해 유입되는 원수에 포함된 이물질을 걸러내는 여과부와, 상기 중수저장탱크에 충진된 중수를 외부로 배출시키는 배출관부로 이루어져, 구조를 단순화하여 빗물을 간단히 중수로 만들 수 있도록 하고, 여과부를 이용하여 안정적으로 중수의 처리가 이루어질 수 있도록 하며, 단순화된 구조에 의해 제조비용과 유지보수비용을 절감할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
