Zusammenfassung:A deformable mirror assembly of an adaptive optical device including a fog pin unit according to the present invention comprises: a deformable mirror with flexibility to change the shape of an optical surface; a plurality of actuators arranged in contact with the rear surface of the deformable mirror, and adjusting the optical surface shape of the deformable mirror as a stroke distance is varied by external control; a fixing plate to which the rear end of the actuator is mounted and fixed; a printed circuit board including an electronic circuit for controlling a driver; and a plurality of fog pin units provided to correspond individually to the driver, and provided to pass through the fixing plate, wherein the front end of the fog pin unit is electrically connected to the rear end of the driver, and the rear end of the fog pin unit is electrically connected to the printed circuit board. 본 발명에 따른 포그핀유닛을 포함하는 적응광학 장치의 변형거울 어셈블리는, 광학면의 형태를 가변 가능하도록 유연성을 가지는 변형거울, 복수 개가 상기 변형거울의 후면에 접촉된 상태로 배열되며, 외부 제어에 의해 행정거리가 가변됨에 따라 상기 변형거울의 광학면 형태를 조절하는 구동기, 상기 구동기의 후단부가 장착 고정되는 고정플레이트, 상기 구동기를 제어하기 위한 전자회로를 포함하는 인쇄회로기판 및 상기 구동기와 개별 대응되도록 복수 개가 구비되고, 상기 고정플레이트를 관통하도록 구비되어, 전단부가 상기 구동기의 후단부와 전기적으로 연결되며, 후단부가 상기 인쇄회로기판과 전기적으로 연결되는 포그핀유닛을 포함한다.
