Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a carbon fiber carrying a metal catalyst used in manufacturing a water electrolytic electrode, and to a carbon fiber for manufacturing a water electrolytic electrode manufactured by the method. A spinning solution in which a metal catalyst in the form of metal ions or in the form of a metal precursor bound to a ligand is mixed with a polymer is prepared in the form of fibers through dry-jet wet spinning or wet spinning, thereby being morphologically uniform, having excellent electrochemical properties, and achieving a large area with little energy to be widely applied to the manufacture of the water electrolytic electrode.
본 발명은 수전해 전극 제조 시 사용되는 금속 촉매가 담지된 탄소섬유의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 수전해 전극 제조용 탄소섬유에 관한 것으로, 금속이온형태 또는 리간드로 결합된 금속 전구체 형태의 금속 촉매를 고분자와 혼합한 방사용액을 건습식 방사(Dry-jet wet spinning) 또는 습식방사(Wet spinning)를 통해 섬유 형태로 제조함에 따라 형태학적으로 균일하고 우수한 전기화학적 특성을 가지며 적은 에너지로 대면적화가 가능한바, 수전해 전극 제조에 널리 적용될 수 있다. |
