In-floor traffic light with improved heat dissipation and cold protection

The present invention relates to an in-floor pedestrian signal with improved heat dissipation and cold protection functions, which comprises: an upper case; a PCB installed inside the upper case, having a plurality of LED elements mounted thereon, and having air vents formed therein to be spaced apart from each other at predetermined distances; an air circulation tube disposed on the lower side of the PCB and allowing both ends to be connected to the air vents to induce air circulation in the upper and lower spaces of the PCB; a heat sink surrounding the outer surface of the air circulation tube to exchange heat with air flowing through the air circulation tube; and a lower case coupled to the upper case. According to the present invention, since the hot upper side of the PCB can be drop and the cold lower side of the PCB can be heated, a heat dissipation function and a cold protection function are provided depending on the season, thereby providing an effect of preventing occurrence of malfunctions. 본 발명은 방열 및 방한 기능이 개선된 바닥형 보행신호등에 관한 것으로서, 특히 상부 케이스와; 상기 상부 케이스의 내부에 설치되고, 다수의 LED 소자가 실장되며, 일정거리 이격되게 에어벤트가 형성된 PCB와; 상기 PCB 하측에 위치되고, 양쪽 끝부분이 상기 에어벤트에 각각 연결되어 PCB의 상측 공간과 하측 공간의 공기 순환을 유도하는 공기순환튜브와; 상기 공기순환튜브의 외측면을 둘러싸서 공기순환튜브에 흐르는 공기와 열교환하는 히트싱크와; 상기 상부 케이스와 결합되는 하부 케이스;를 포함하여 구성되어, 뜨거운 PCB 위쪽은 온도를 떨어뜨리고 차가운 PCB 아래쪽은 온도를 높일 수 있어 계절에 따라 방열 및 방한 성능이 부여되어 오작동이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
