ROLL TAPE CUTTER

The present invention relates to a tape cutting machine with a paper tube pressure-resistant brake lever, which has a contact or non-contact brake lever contacting the inner circumferential surface of a paper tube around which roll tape is wound, to release or unrelease the roll tape by gripping force using fingers, thereby quickly and finely adjusting breaking time and power, makes the braking stroke between the brake lever and the inner circumferential surface of the paper tube constant regardless of the degree of tape consumption, thereby remaining the sensitivity of the hand to braking constant and reducing the work fatigue by that much, and can prevent arbitrary loosening of the tape through the application of a torsion spring for constantly pressing the brake lever, thereby ensuring precision taping (or boxing) workability and reducing hand fatigue by that much. The tape cutting machine comprises: a body including a drum unit on which roll tape is mounted, a guide unit for guiding an end of the tape, and a first mounting unit provided at an end of the guide unit; and a cutting means coupled to the first mounting unit and including a cutting blade. The drum unit includes: a fixing segmented part having a front-end shaft installation part; and a brake lever having a front-end rotation shaft hinged to the front-end shaft installation part to press the inside of the paper tube of the roll tape mounted on the drum unit. 본 발명은 지관 내압형 브레이크레버를 구비한 테이프 커팅기에 관한 것으로, 손가락을 이용한 악력에 의하여 롤 테이프를 릴리즈(release) 또는 언릴리즈(unrelease)하도록 하기 위하여 테이프가 감긴 지관(紙管)의 내주면에 접하는 접촉 또는 비접촉식 브레이크레버를 구비하여 신속하고 미세하게 브레이킹 타임 및 파워의 조정이 가능하고, 테이프의 소모 정도와 무관하게 브레이크레버와 지관 내주면 사이의 브레이킹 스트로크가 일정하여 손의 브레이킹 민감도가 일정하게 유지되면서도 그만큼 작업 피로도가 적어지게 하며, 아울러 브레이크레버의 상시 가압을 위한 토션스프링의 적용을 통하여 테이프의 임의 풀림을 방지하여 정밀 테이핑(또는 박싱) 작업성을 확보하면서도 이에 더해 손의 피로도 또한 그만큼 줄일 수 있게 하는 테이프 커팅기에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 테이프 커팅기는, 롤 테이프가 장착되는 드럼부, 테이프의 끝단을 안내하는 가이드부, 상기 가이드부의 끝단에 구비된 제1 장착부를 포함한 본체; 상기 제1 장착부에 결합된 커팅날을 포함한 커팅수단;을 포함하되, 상기 드럼부는, 전단측 축설부를 구비한 고정분체, 상기 축설부에 힌지 결합되는 전단측 회동축을 구비하여 상기 드럼부에 장착된 롤 테이프의 지관에 대한 내부 압박이 가능한 브레이크레버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
