Waterproofing method using water-soluble acrylic waterproofing agent

The present invention relates to a waterproofing method using a water-soluble acrylic waterproofing agent. More specifically, the present invention relates to a waterproofing method using a water-soluble acrylic waterproofing agent is a waterproofing method applied to a structure for making the structure watertight, comprising: a pretreatment step to remove foreign substances from a waterproofing surface of the structure; a waterproofing agent preparation step to prepare the waterproofing agent to be spread on the waterproofing surface; a waterproofing agent spreading step to spread the waterproofing agent manufactured through the waterproofing agent preparation step on the waterproofing surface of the structure, which has passed through the pretreatment step, and form a waterproofing layer; a waterproofing layer drying step to dry the waterproofing layer formed through the waterproofing agent spreading step; and a post-treatment step to remove foreign substances from the surface of the waterproofing layer dried through the waterproofing layer drying step. The present invention is able to include a water-soluble acrylic resin and a water-soluble acrylic silicone resin in the waterproofing agent used for the waterproofing construction, reduce the time for drying the waterproofing agent to be shorter than the time for drying a urethane waterproofing agent, greatly reduce the period of construction, be applied to any and all of a primer layer, middle layer, and top layer during waterproofing construction, improve versatility, prevent a crack from being generated during the drying process, and improve constructability and persistence. 본 발명은 수용성 아크릴 방수제를 이용한 방수공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 수밀을 위해 구조물에 시공되는 방수공법으로서, 상기 구조물의 방수시공할 방수시공면에 이물질을 제거하는 전처리단계와, 상기 방수시공면에 도포할 방수제를 준비하는 방수제준비단계와, 상기 전처리단계를 거친 상기 구보물의 방수시공면에 상기 방수제준비단계를 통해 제조된 방수제를 도포하여 방수층을 형성시키는 방수제도포단계와, 상기 방수제도포단계를 통해 도포되어 형성된 방수층을 건조시키는 방수층건조단계와, 상기 방수층건조단계를 통해 건조된 방수층표면의 이물질을 제거하는 후처리단계로 이루어져, 방수시공에 사용되는 방수제에 수용성 아크릴 수지 및 수용성 아크릴 실리콘 수지가 포함되도록 함으로써, 방수제의 건조시간이 우레탄방수제에 비해 빨라 공사기간을 대폭단축시킬 수 있게 되며, 방수시공시 하도, 중도 및 상도에 모두 적용할 수 있어 범용성을 향상시킬 수 있게 되고, 건조과정중 크랙이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있어 시공성 및 지속성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
