Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a top-down construction method for constructing an underground building with a steel beam from the top to the bottom while supporting the back earth pressure of a retaining wall by rigid diaphragm action of a slab, comprising steps of: a) constructing a retaining wall, and installing a steel column inside; b) excavating a portion of the strata; c) installing the steel beam between the retaining wall and the steel column; d) correcting swelling of the retaining wall; e) excavating part of the lower layer in parallel with the construction of the slab on the upper part of the steel beam; and f) repeating steps c) to e), wherein the steps are performed sequentially. 본 발명은 흙막이 벽체의 배면 토압을 슬래브의 강막작용으로 지지하게 하면서 철골보 구조의 지하건축물을 상부에서 하부로 구축해 나가는 역타공법에 관한 것으로서, 이는 a) 흙막이 벽체를 시공하고, 내부에 철골기둥을 설치하는 단계; b) 지층의 일부를 굴토하는 단계; c) 흙막이 벽체와 철골기둥 사이에 철골보를 설치하는 단계; d) 흙막이 벽체의 배부름을 보정하는 단계; e) 철골보 상부의 슬래브 구축과 병행하여 차하층의 일부까지 굴토하는 단계; f) 상기 c)단계 내지 e)단계를 반복하는 단계; 가 순차로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
