Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for preparing spherical particles of silicon oxide and metallic silicon from waste silicon sludge by using a spray drying method and a method of using the same in a negative electrode for battery. According to the present invention, after washing waste several times with acetone to remove a component (cutting oil) of polishing oil of silicon waste (S10), acid treatment was performed to remove metallic impurities, particularly magnetic materials, in silicon waste, and the concentration of magnetic materials that could cause thermal explosion of the negative electrode material was adjusted to 20 ppm or less (S20), filtration was performed (S30), and ammonia water was added to the filtered precipitate to adjust the pH to neutral, and then washed several times with water (S40), wherein the solid was placed in a dryer set at 100°C and dried. After putting the dried silicone in a well-known etchant and leaving for a long time to completely dissolve the silicone components, the solution is spray-dried in an FRP-made spray dryer with controlled atmosphere (S50), and the spherical silicon oxide particles was simply obtained (S60). 본 발명은 실리콘 폐기물의 연마 오일의 성분(절삭유)을 제거하기 위하여 아세톤으로 폐기물을 수회 세척한 다음(S10), 실리콘 폐기물 중의 금속 불순물, 특히 자성 물질을 제거하기 위하여 산처리를 실시하여 음극재의 열 폭발을 일으킬 수 있는 자성 물질의 농도를 20ppm이하로 조절하였으며(S20), 여과를 실시하고(S30), 여과된 침전물에 암모니아수를 가하여 중성으로 pH를 조절한 후 물로 여러 번 수세하였으며(S40). 이 고체를 100℃로 맞추어진 건조기에 넣고 건조를 실시하였다. 건조된 실리콘을 잘 알려진 식각용해제에 넣고 장시간 방치하여 실리콘의 성분을 완전 용해한 후 이 용액을 분위기가 조절된 FRP제작된 spray dryer에서 분무건조를 실시하여(S50) 간단하게 구형의 실리콘 산화물의 입자를 얻을 수 있는(S60) 분무건조법을 이용한 Waste Silicon sludge로부터 실리콘산화물 및 금속 실리콘의 구형입자 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 전지 음극소재로의 활용 방법에 관한 발명이다.
