Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a bottom plate structure of movable building modules which modularizes a movable building to construct the movable building by assembly. The bottom plate structure comprises: a lightweight aerated concrete panel placed on the upper surface of a beam member; and a steel plate placed on the upper surface of the lightweight aerated concrete panel. The bottom plate structure is fixed and installed on the beam member by a fastening member. The lightweight aerated concrete panel is installed in a non-composite structure with the steel plate to be prevented from being restricted by the beam member and the steel plate to be slid and moved in accordance with temperature expansion and contraction. The bottom plate structure is formed by a method comprising: (a) a step of mounting a lightweight aerated concrete panel on the upper surface of a beam member; (b) a step of stacking a steel plate with a welding hole on the upper surface of the lightweight aerated concrete panel; (c) a step of fixing a fastening member on the beam member to allow the upper end including a head portion to protrude into the welding hole while penetrating the welding hole and the lightweight aerated concrete panel to be screw-coupled to the beam member; (d) a step of welding the upper end of the fastening member on the steel plate to fix the fastening member on the steel plate; and (e) a step of flattening the upper surface of the steel plate.
본 발명은 이동 가능한 건축물을 모듈화시켜 조립식으로 구축할 수 있도록 하는 건축물 모듈의 바닥판 구조에 관한 것으로서, 상기 바닥판 구조는 보부재의 상면에 놓여지는 경량기포콘크리트 패널과, 상기 경량기포콘크리트 패널의 상면에 놓여지는 강판으로 이루어지고, 체결부재에 의해 보부재에 고정 설치되되 경량기포콘크리트 패널은 보부재와 강판에 의해 구속되지 않아 온도신축에 따른 미끄럼이동이 가능하도록 강판과 비합성구조로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하고, 이는 a) 보부재의 상면에 경량기포콘크리트 패널을 거치시키는 단계; b) 상기 경량기포콘크리트 패널의 상면에 용접홀이 구비된 강판을 적층시키는 단계; c) 상기 용접홀과 경량기포콘크리트 패널을 관통하여 보부재에 나사체결되면서 머리부를 포함한 상단이 용접홀 내에 돌출되도록 체결부재를 보부재에 고정시키는 단계; d) 체결부재의 상단을 강판과 용접시켜 체결부재를 강판에 고정시키는 단계; e) 강판의 상면을 평탄화시키는 단계;로 이루어지는 방법에 의해 형성된다. |
