The present invention relates to a cutting safety apparatus of a fracture machine. According to detection of the weight and height of an object to be cut, drive control of rotation of a band saw and the height of a slide bar are adjusted only to the height at which the object to be cut is cut during high-speed rotation of the band saw, so that the band saw which was unnecessarily exposed on a table can be covered. In addition, a band saw operation is controlled as a switch press and release signal provided on the table in response to an accident of the band saw which may occur in a process of thinly cutting the object to be cut. Therefore, according to the present invention, an efficient and safe cutting operation can be made.
