Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an aluminum composite material for a brake disk having improved hardness and wear resistance and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically to an aluminum composite material for a brake disk having improved hardness and wear resistance and a manufacturing method thereof, the aluminum composite material manufactured by mixing a powder-type aluminum alloy with a powder-type first reinforcing material made of SiC and a powder-type second reinforcing material made of SiC and having a larger particle size than the first reinforcing material.
본 발명은 경도와 내마모성이 향상된 브레이크 디스크용 알루미늄 복합재료 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 분말 형태의 알루미늄 합금에, SiC로 이루어진 분말 형태의 제1 강화재와, SiC로 이루어지고 제 1강화재보다 입자의 크기가 큰 분말 형태의 제2 강화재를 혼합하여 제조한 경도와 내마모성이 향상된 브레이크 디스크용 알루미늄 복합재료 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
