Zusammenfassung: | A trailing arm bushing comprises: an outer housing; an inner housing having a shaft-mounted through-hole in the center thereof; and an elastic member which is provided between the outer housing and the inner housing, and has a circumferential wall portion contacting the inner wall of the outer housing, and four bridges for connecting the circumferential wall portion and the inner housing. With respect to the trailing arm bushing mounted on a vehicle, forward and backward directions is defined as an X-axis, a vertical direction is defined as a Y-axis, the center of the shaft-mounted through-hole is defined as 0 point, and a bridge located in a 1-quadrant formed by the forward direction and an upward direction is defined as a first bridge, a bridge located in a 2-quadrant formed by the backward direction and the upward direction is defined as a second bridge, and a bridge located in a 3-quadrant formed by the backward direction and a downward direction is defined as a third bridge, and a bridge located in a 4-quadrant formed by the forward direction and the downward direction is defined as a fourth bridge. In this case, the second and fourth bridges form an angle of 33 to 37 degrees with respect to the X-axis, and the first and third bridges form an angle of 18 to 22 degrees with respect to the X-axis. Therefore, both ride comfort and handling performance can be increased.
본 발명의 트레일링 암 부시는 외부 하우징과; 축장착 통공을 중심에 구비한 내부하우징과; 상기 외부 하우징과 내부 하우징 사이에 구비되며, 외부 하우징의 내벽에 접하는 둘레벽부 및 상기 둘레벽부와 상기 내부하우징을 잇는 4개의 브릿지를 구비한 탄성부재;로 이루어진 트레일링암 부시에 있어서, 차량에 장착되었을 때 부시 기준 전후방향을 X축으로, 상하방향을 Y축으로, 축장착 통공의 중심을 0점으로 하고, 상기 전방향과 상방향이 이루는 1/4분면에 위치한 브릿지를 제 1 브릿지,상기 후방향과 상방향이 이루는 2/4분면에 위치한 브릿지를 제 2 브릿지, 상기 후방향과 하방향이 이루는 3/4분면에 위치한 브릿지를 제 3 브릿지, 상기 전방향과 하방향이 이루는 4/4분면에 위치한 브릿지를 제 4 브릿지라 하였을 때, 제 2,4 브릿지는 X축과 33~37도의 각도를 이루며, 제 1,3 브릿지는 X축과 18~22도의 각도를 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
