Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an SPMs complex composition comprising 17-hydroxydocosahexaenoic acid, Resolvin D5 and Protectin DX as active ingredients, wherein the SPMs complex composition promotes collagen production, inhibits NO production and expression of TNF-α and IL-6, and increases expression of Filaggrin and Loricrin, thereby preventing or alleviating skin aging or wrinkles, strengthening the skin barrier, or being usefully used for preventing, alleviating or treating skin diseases including atopic dermatitis. 본 발명은 17-하이드록시도코사헥사엔산, 레졸빈 D5 및 프로텍틴 DX를 유효성분으로 포함하는 SPMs 복합 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 SPMs 복합 조성물은 콜라겐 생성을 촉진하고, NO 생성과 TNF-α, IL-6의 발현을 억제하며, 필라그린(Filaggrin), 로리크린(Loricrin)의 발현을 증가시키므로, 피부 노화나 주름을 예방 또는 개선하거나, 피부 장벽을 강화시키거나, 아토피피부염을 포함하는 피부 질환을 예방, 개선 또는 치료하는데 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
