According to one embodiment of the present invention, a floor sheet comprises: a body having a sheet shape and allowing a far-infrared ray to penetrate the same; a radiation layer having a film shape containing carbon elements and positioned over one surface of the body; a conductive wire positioned over one surface of the radiation layer and having electric conductivity; an adhesive layer positioned to correspond to the body while closing the radiation layer and the conductive wire; and a release layer positioned to be separated from one surface of the adhesive layer to close the adhesive layer. When power is supplied to the conductive wire, the conductive wire heats the radiation layer, and the radiation layer allows the far-infrared ray to penetrate the body to radiate. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 장판체는, 시트 형상으로 이루어지되, 원적외선이 투과될 수 있는 몸체; 탄소 성분을 갖는 필름 형상으로 이루어지되, 몸체의 일면에 걸쳐 위치되는 방사층; 방사층의 일면에 걸쳐 위치되고, 전기 전도성을 갖는 도선; 방사층 및 도선을 폐쇄하면서 몸체에 대응하도록 위치되는 접착층; 및 접착층의 일면에 분리가능하도록 위치되어 접착층을 폐쇄하는 이형층을 포함하되, 전원이 도선에 공급될 때, 도선은 방사층을 가열하고, 방사층은 원적외선을 몸체를 투과시켜 방사하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
