Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an elevator room in a building where an elevator which moves vertically along a guide rail is installed, and more specifically, to a vibration isolation structure for an elevator room in a building and a construction method thereof, wherein vibration caused by vertical movement of an elevator is prevented from being delivered through a concrete wall to each floor of a building, thereby enhancing vibration isolation performance. According to the vibration isolation structure for an elevator room in a building of the present invention, in an elevator room of a building where an elevator which moves vertically along a guide rail is installed, a guide rail is installed to be connected to a bracket; the bracket is installed to be connected to a bracket fastener installed to be fastened to the concrete wall of the elevator; and polymer concrete is partially applied to some sections including a bracket contact section of the concrete wall of the elevator room, where the bracket comes into contact and a bracket fastening section where the bracket fastener is fastened, thereby allowing the bracket and the bracket fastener to come in contact with the polymer concrete, so vibration of the guide rail is delivered through the bracket and the bracket fastener to the polymer concrete.
본 발명은 가이드레일을 따라 승하강 운행하는 엘리베이터가 설치되는 건물의 엘리베이터실에 관한 것으로, 엘리베이터의 승하강 운동에 따른 진동이 엘리베이터실의 콘크리트벽체를 통해 건물 각층으로 전달되는 것을 억제하여 방진성능을 향상시킨 건물 엘리베이터실의 방진구조와 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 건물 엘리베이터실의 방진구조는, 이드레일을 따라 승하강 운행하는 엘리베이터가 설치되는 건물의 엘리베이터실에서, 가이드레일은 브라켓에 연결 설치되고, 브라켓은 엘리베이터실의 콘크리트벽체에 정착 설치된 브라켓 정착구에 연결 설치되고, 엘리베이터실의 콘크리트벽체 중에서 브라켓이 접하는 브라켓 접촉구간과 브라켓 정착구가 정착되는 브라켓 정착구간을 포함하는 일부 구간에만 부분적으로 폴리머콘크리트로 시공되어 브라켓과 브라켓 정착구가 폴리머콘크리트에 접하게 됨으로써, 가이드레일의 진동이 브라켓 및 브라켓 정착구를 통해 폴리머콘크리트로 전달되게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
