Painting roller device with anti-splashing cover

The present invention relates to a painting roller device with an anti-splash cover. According to the present invention, an unlimited use of a support tilt angle (painting angle) is possible during painting as in the case of coverless painting roller devices. As a result, workability can be retained. Even in the event of a mark attributable to contact between a cover end and a painting surface, the roller that follows immediately removes the mark. Accordingly, no particular finishing is necessary. The device of the present invention includes: a support; a rotary shaft installed at the support; an application roller installed at and rotating together with the rotary shaft; a cover bracket provided with an anti-splash cover disposed on the rear side of the application roller and installed so as to be rotatable around the rotary shaft; first and second support rollers rotatably installed at both ends of the anti-splash cover in the direction of rotation and rolling in the event of contact with the painting surface; and an interlocking mechanism provided between the rotary shaft and the cover bracket to transmit or block the rotation of the rotary shaft in the same direction as the cover bracket. 본 발명은 커버가 구비되어 있지 않은 페인팅 로울러장치와 마찬가지로 페인팅시의 지지대 기울임 각도(페인팅 각도)를 제한 없이 사용할 수 있어 작업성을 유지할 수 있고, 또한 커버의 끝단이 페인팅면에 접촉하여 자국을 발생하여도 뒤에 따라가는 로울러가 즉시 제거함으로써 별도의 마무리작업이 필요 없는 튐방지 커버가 구비된 페인팅 로울러장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 페인팅 로울러장치는, 지지대와, 지지대에 설치된 회전축과, 회전축에 설치되어 회전축과 함께 회전하는 도포로울러와, 도포로울러의 후방측에 배치되는 튐방지커버를 구비하고 회전축을 중심으로 회전 자유롭게 설치된 커버브라켓과, 튐방지커버의 회전방향 양 끝단에 회전 자유롭게 설치되어 폐인팅면과의 접촉시 구름운동하는 제1 및 제2 지지롤러와, 회전축과 커버브라켓 사이에 구비되어 회전축의 회전을 커버브라켓의 동일방향회전으로 전달 또는 차단하기 위한 연동기구를 포함하여 이루어진다.
