Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a composition for genome editing of Populus alba x Populus glandulosa based on the CRISPR/Cas9 system and uses thereof. According to the composition and method according to the present invention, based on the CRISPR/Cas9 system, gene editing of Populus alba x Populus glandulosa can be effectively performed without off-target, and the composition and the method can be used to improve cultivar of Populus alba x Populus glandulosa such as stress tolerance through gene editing. 본 발명에서는 CRISPR/Cas9 시스템 기반 현사시나무 유전체 교정용 조성물 및 이의 이용에 관한 것이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물 및 방법에 의하면 CRISPR/Cas9 시스템 기반으로 현사시나무의 유전자 교정이 오프-타겟없이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 유전자 교정을 통해 스트레스 내성 등의 현사시나무 품종 개량에 이용될 수 있다.
