An electric furnace is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electric furnace comprises: a furnace body for accommodating a raw material; a loop which opens and closes an upper part of the furnace body and is equipped with an electrode; and a plurality of cooling panels forming side walls of the furnace body.
