Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a crusher for manufacturing chips for ship and bus flooring patterns. According to the present invention, a resin sheet is inserted and guided by a guide member, while being prevented from being separated to the outside by an upper scraper member, and then vertical chips are slotted by a slitter. The slotted vertical chips are supplied to a rectangular chip cutter disposed in the rear area of the slitter and load is distributed by an inclination angle formed between an inclined fixed blade of a fixed blade member and a rotating blade of a rectangular cutting blade member, so that the vertical chips are gathered in the central area of the inclined fixed blade and the rotating blade, to be easily discharged downwards. In addition, the cut rectangular chips are supplied to a granulator by an inclined partition disposed in a lower area and load is distributed by an inclination angle formed between the inclined fixed blade and a horizontal rotating blade, so that product chips are gathered in the central area of the inclined fixed blade and the horizontal rotating blade to be easily discharged, thereby providing excellent cutting power due to a gap between the inclined fixed blade and the horizontal rotating blade. The product chips cut by the inclined fixed blade and the rotating blade pass through a product through-hole formed in a semi-circular blocking mesh of an upper screen member, and are processed by being supplied to a separator through a discharge basket, or the product chips having a size incapable of passing through the product through-hole are repetitively cut by cutting force due to centrifugal force of the horizontal rotating blade until the chips can pass through the product through-hole, and then supplied to the separator to be simply separated and discharged by size.
