OUTGOING PACKING MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM USING INVOICE INFORMATION RECOGNITION

The present invention relates to a method and a system for managing shipping and packing by using information-specific recognition of invoice information and, more particularly, to a method and a system which can check whether an order matches ordered products in a process of packing and shipping the products in a warehouse, and can obtain packing images, thereby preventing delivery accidents and managing the inventory. The method comprises the steps of: transporting at least one among a product that includes, on an outer part, a barcode including product information, and a waybill that includes a courier company logo image, a mobile code including order information, and a Java code including order product information; capturing an image of the at least one of the transported product and waybill; analyzing the image to detect at least one of the mobile code and the Java code included in the waybill, and the barcode included in the product; recognizing the detected barcode to obtain information, and comparing the order information with the courier company logo image, and information on the ordered product with the product information to determine whether the pieces of information match each other; outputting a voice for stopping packaging of the product when it is determined that the pieces of information do not match each other, and outputting a packaging progress voice when it is determined that the pieces of information match each other; obtaining an image of a process of packaging the product when the packaging progress audio is output; and transmitting an image of the packaging process to a registered contact of a customer information. 본 발명은 송장 정보를 정보 별로 인식하여 출고 패킹 과정을 관리하는 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로, 창고에서 주문된 물품을 패킹하여 출고하는 과정에서 출고되는 물품과 주문의 일치 여부를 확인하고, 패킹 영상을 확보하여 배송 사고를 예방하고 재고도 관리할 수 있는 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로, 외부에 물품 정보를 포함하는 자체바코드를 포함하는 물품 및 택배사 로고 이미지, 주문 정보를 포함하는 모바코드 및 주문 제품 정보를 포함하는 자바코드를 포함하는 운송장 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 운송하는 단계; 운송되는 상기 물품 및 상기 운송장 중 적어도 어느 하나의 영상을 촬영하는 단계; 상기 영상을 분석해 상기 운송장에 포함된 모바코드, 자바코드 및 상기 물품에 포함된 자체바코드 중 적어도 하나 이상을 검출하는 단계; 검출한 바코드를 인식하여 정보를 획득하고, 상기 주문 정보와 상기 택배사 로고 이미지 및 상기 주문 제품 정보와 상기 물품 정보를 비교해 일치 여부를 판단하는 단계; 상기 판단 결과가 불일치 판단을 한 경우 상기 물품의 포장을 중단하는 음성을 출력하고, 상기 판단 결과가 일치 판단을 한 경우 포장 진행 음성을 출력하는 단계; 포장 진행 음성을 출력한 경우 상기 물품의 포장 과정의 영상을 획득하는 단계; 및 상기 포장 과정의 영상을 등록된 고객의 연락처에 전송하는 단계;를 포함하는 구성을 개시한다.
