The present invention provides a jig with a mounted brush holder for a motor. The jig with a mounted brush holder for a motor, which includes a brush holder including a brush holding unit holding a brush therein, a jig coupling recess formed on one side surface of the brush holding unit, and a plurality of separation preventing pins formed on the lower surface of the brush holding unit, comprises: a plate-type jig body; a holder mounting unit formed at one end of the jig body and inserted into the brush holding unit to mount the brush holder thereon; a holder support unit formed on the side surface of the holder mounting unit and supporting the side surface of the brush holder; a holder pressing unit formed in the holder support unit to press the side surface of the brush holder; and a pressing spring having one end coupled to the holder pressing unit and elastically pressing the holder pressing unit to the side surface of the brush holder. Therefore, the present invention continuously presses the side surface of the brush holder when the brush holder is mounted in a motor to prevent breaking between the brush holding unit of the brush holder and the separation preventing pins. 본 발명은 모터용 브러시홀더 장착 지그에 있어서, 내부에 브러시를 수용하는 브러시수용부와, 상기 브러시수용부의 일측면에 형성되는 지그결합홈과, 상기 브러시수용부의 하면에 형성되는 복수 개의 이탈방지핀을 포함하는 브러시홀더를 장착하는 모터용 브러시홀더 장착 지그에 있어서, 판상의 지그본체; 상기 지그본체의 일단에 형성되며, 상기 브러시수용부 내로 삽입되어 상기 브러시홀더가 장착되는 홀더장착부; 상기 홀더장착부의 측면에 형성되며, 상기 브러시홀더의 측면을 지지하는 홀더지지부; 상기 홀더지지부에 형성되어 상기 브러시홀더의 측면을 가압하는 홀더가압부; 및 일단이 상기 홀더가압부와 결합되며, 상기 홀더가압부를 상기 브러시홀더의 측면으로 탄성적으로 가압하는 가압스프링;을 포함하는 것을 기술적 요지로 한다. 이에 의해 브러시홀더가 모터 내에 장착될 때 브러시홀더 측면을 지속적으로 가압하여 브러시홀더의 브러시수용부와 이탈방지핀 간의 벌어짐을 방지가능하다.
