Apparatus for removing solids of silo

The present invention relates to an apparatus capable of removing cement solid matter fixed on an internal wall surface of a cement silo by forming a structure and installing a plurality of vertical rails at regular intervals on an inner periphery of a cylindrical silo, installing a plurality of lifting and lowering units movable along the vertical rails, respectively, and coupling removing units to the lower parts of the lifting and lowering units, respectively, wherein each of the removing units is provided with a plurality of brushes rotatable by a driving motor in a state where all of the removing units form a circle. The apparatus for removing the solid matter of the silo according to the present invention comprises: the plurality of vertical rails installed at regular intervals on an inner periphery of a cylindrical silo; the plurality of lifting and lowering units installed movable along the vertical rails, respectively; and the removing units coupled to the lower parts of the lifting and lowering units, respectively, wherein each of the removing units is provided with the plurality of brushes rotatable by the driving motor in a state where all of the removing units form a circle. 본 발명은 원통형인 사일로의 내주연에 다수의 수직 레일을 일정간격으로 설치하고, 각각의 수직 레일을 따라 이동가능한 다수의 승강부를 설치하며, 승강부 각각의 하부에는 전체가 원형을 구성하는 상태로 구동 모터에 의하여 회전 가능한 다수의 회전 브러쉬를 구비하는 제거부를 체결하는 구조로 구성되어 시멘트 사일로의 내부 벽면에 고착된 시멘트 고형물 등을 제거할 수 있는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 사일로의 고형물 제거장치는 원통형인 사일로의 내주연에 일정간격으로 설치되는 다수의 수직 레일, 수직 레일을 따라 이동가능하도록 설치되는 다수의 승강부 및, 다수의 승강부 각각의 하부에 체결되며 전체가 원형을 구성한 상태로 구동 모터에 의하여 회전 가능한 다수의 회전 브러쉬를 구비하는 제거부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
