Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a face recognition system and method for measuring body temperature and detecting face movements, which can recognize the movement of a person who is an object and can measure the body temperature with higher resolution by irradiating infrared rays to a suitable body temperature measurement location of the recognized person. The present invention comprises: a camera generating an image signal by capturing the movement of the object; an infrared sensor unit measuring the body temperature of the object according to the movement of the object tracked by the camera; a solenoid unit having one side configured to be connected to the infrared sensor unit and if the movement of the object is tracked, transmitting the movement to the infrared sensor unit to irradiate the infrared rays to the temperature measuring portion of the object; a controller tracking the object detected by the camera, detecting a motion from the movement of the object to determine whether the object is a human and an accessible person, if the detected object is a human, recognizing a face and controlling the solenoid such that the infrared rays, irradiated by the infrared sensor unit, are controlled to be irradiated to the face of the object, and measuring the body temperature of the object as a result of the irradiation to control whether the person can enter according to the measured body temperature; and an alarm and access restriction unit generating an alarm and operating a circuit breaker when the person is determined not to enter by the control unit or when the body temperature measured by the infrared sensor unit is higher than or equal to a preset body temperature, thereby having high accuracy in measuring the body temperature even though being low-priced and at the same time, accurately measuring the body temperature of multiple people when they are of different heights. 본 발명은 객체가 되는 사람의 동작을 인식하고 인식된 사람의 적합한 체온 측정 위치에 적외선을 조사하여 보다 분해능이 높은 체온을 측정할 수 있는 체온측정과 안면 움직임을 감지하는 안면인식 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 객체의 움직임을 포착하여 영상 신호를 생성하는 카메라; 상기 카메라에 의해 추적된 객체의 움직임에 따라 상기 객체의 체온을 측정하는 적외선센서부; 일측은 상기 적외선센서부와 연결되어 구성되며 상기 객체의 움직임이 추적되면 상기 적외선센서부로 움직임을 전달하여 상기 객체의 온도 측정 부위에 적외선을 조사하도록 하는 솔레노이드부; 상기 카메라로부터 검출된 객체를 추적하고 상기 객체의 움직임으로부터 동작을 검출하여 객체가 사람인지의 여부 및 출입가능인 인지의 여부를 판단하고 검출된 객체가 사람인 경우 안면을 인식하여 상기 솔레노이드부를 제어하여 상기 적외선센서부에서 조사되는 적외선이 상기 객체의 안면에 조사되도록 제어하고 조사 결과 상기 객체의 체온을 측정하여 측정된 체온에 따라 출입 여부를 제어하는 제어부; 및 상기 제어부에 의해 출입불가인이거나 상기 적외선센서부에 의해 측정된 체온이 기설정된 체온 이상인 경우 알람을 발생
