Hatch cover switchgear

The present invention relates to a hatch cover opening and closing apparatus and, more specifically, to an apparatus for opening and closing a hatch cover of a vessel, capable of easily opening and closing a hatch cover with little power by using a hydraulic member, and sealing a hatch cover by easily fixing the hatch cover to a hatch coaming through a locking means operated on a tight door basis. According to the present invention, the hatch cover opening and closing apparatus includes: a hatch coaming protruding by a predetermined vertical height from an outer part in a loading space of a vessel; a hatch hinge provided on the edge of one side of the hatch coaming to be rotatable; a hatch cover mounted on the hatch hinge to open and close the hatch coaming; a hydraulic member including a first end part combined with one of the left and right sides of the hatch coaming to be rotatable, a second end part combined with one of the left and right sides of the hatch cover to be rotatable, a cylinder extended from the first end part to be operated with fluid pressure, and a rod extended from the second end part to enter the cylinder; and a locking means provided in a corner part of the inside of the hatch cover to be rotatable, and including a pair of engaged hooks having one end formed to be bent, and an engaged piece formed on the inner surface of a corner part of one side wall of the hatch coaming to enable one end part of the engaged hooks to be engaged and fixed. 본 발명에 따른 해치커버 개폐 장치는, 유압부재를 이용하여 적은 힘으로 해치 커버를 매우 용이하게 개폐할 수 있으며, 타이트도어 방식으로 작동되는 락킹수단에 의해 해치커버를 해치코밍에 손쉽게 고정하여 밀폐 시킬 수 있는 선박의 해치커버 개폐 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 해치커버 개폐 장치는, 선박의 적재공간에 외측부위에서 일정 수직높이로 돌출되는 해치코밍; 상기 해치코밍의 일측 가장자리에 회동가능하게 구비되는 해치힌지; 상기 해치힌지에 장착되어 상기 해치코밍을 개폐하는 해치커버; 상기 해치코밍의 좌측면 또는 우측면 중 일측면에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 제1단부와, 상기 해치커버의 좌측면 또는 우측면 중 일측면에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 제2단부와, 상기 제1단부로부터 연장되어 유체압으로 가동되는 실린더와, 상기 제2단부로부터 연장되어 상기 실린더에 출입 가능한 로드를 포함하는 유압부재; 상기 해치커버의 내측 모서리 부위에 회동 가능하게 마련되되, 일단이 절곡 형성되는 한 쌍의 걸림고리와, 상기 해치코밍의 일측벽 모서리 부위 내면에 형성되어 상기 걸림고리의 일단 부위가 걸림 고정되는 걸림편이 구비되는 락킹수단;이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
