Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a wireless transmitting/receiving device based on feedforward and an operating method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a wireless transmitting/receiving device includes: an asymmetric directional coupling unit receiving an output of a transmitting amplifier as an input and outputting a first output signal, a second output signal, and a third output signal; an offset signal generator which receives the first output signal and the second output signal as inputs, and generates a leakage cancellation signal by controlling a magnitude and phase of the input first output signal based on the input second output signal; and a hybrid coupling unit for canceling a transmission leakage signal corresponding to the third output signal based on the generated leakage cancellation signal. According to the present invention, it is possible to effectively cancel a transmission leakage signal with a variable cancellation structure using an asymmetric directional coupling unit having three output terminals.
본 발명은 피드포워드 기반의 무선 송수신 장치 및 그 동작방법에 관한 것으로서, 일실시예에 따른 무선 송수신 장치는 송신 증폭기의 출력을 입력으로 수신하여 제1 출력 신호, 제2 출력 신호 및 제3 출력 신호를 출력하는 비대칭 방향성 결합부와, 제1 출력 신호 및 제2 출력 신호를 입력으로 수신하고, 입력된 제2 출력 신호에 기초하여 입력된 제1 출력 신호의 크기 및 위상을 제어하여 누설 상쇄 신호를 생성하는 상쇄 신호 생성부 및 생성된 누설 상쇄 신호에 기초하여 제3 출력 신호에 대응되는 송신 누설 신호를 상쇄하는 하이브리드 결합부를 포함한다. |
