Zusammenfassung: | According to an embodiment of the present invention, a building energy management system performing power facility integrated control communications, comprises: a first power facility which is connected to an integrated management unit by a power line communications line, and whose operation is controlled by a first control signal received from the integrated management unit through the power line communications line; a second power facility which is connected to a power facility expansion communications unit by a LAN communications line instead of the power line communications line, and whose operation is controlled by a second control signal received from the power facility expansion communications unit through the LAN communications line; a power facility expansion communications unit which is connected to the second power facility by the LAN communications line, and transmits a second control signal received from the integrated management unit to the second power facility through the LAN communications line; a detection unit which generates detection information including temperature information and transmits the generated detection information to the integrated management unit through the power line communications line; and an integrated management unit which has a reception module for receiving the detection information, a first data processing module for generating a first control signal to control the first power facility according to the detection information, a first transmission module for transmitting the first control signal to the first power facility through the power line communications line, a second data processing module for generating a second control signal to control the second power facility according to the detection information, and a second transmission module for transmitting the second control signal to the power facility expansion communications unit.
