PEROVSKITE HAVING MULTILAYER STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing perovskite having a multilayer structure which comprises the steps of: providing a substrate; forming a first perovskite layer on the substrate; exposing the substrate to any one or a combination of metal halide, metal oxide, and metal sulfide in a gaseous state to form a metal layer on the first perovskite layer; and supplying a halogen compound on the metal layer to form a second perovskite layer by reaction between any one or the combination of metal halide, metal oxide, and metal sulfide contained in the metal layer and the supplied halogen compound.
