By creating a safety observation log at a work site based on a location in a terminal possessed by a safety manager based on a checklist, and registering the created safety observation log in a server, data can be stored in an easy-to-analyze form with an objective checklist, anyone can easily participate in safety observation based on the location of the safety manager, and the observation results can be shared or registered on the server in real time. 본 발명은 스마트 안전 관리 시스템 및 그 방법을 개시한다. 즉, 본 발명은 안전관리자가 소지하는 단말에서 위치 기반으로 작업 현장에서의 안전 관찰 일지를 체크리스트 기반으로 작성하고, 작성된 안전 관찰 일지를 서버에 등록함으로써, 객관화된 체크리스트로 분석에 용이한 형태로 데이터를 저장하고, 안전관리자의 위치 기반으로 누구나 쉽게 안전관찰에 참여하고, 관찰 결과를 실시간으로 서버에 공유하거나 등록할 수 있다.
