Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel, a crosslinked body of hyaluronic acid-peptide, which is crosslinked by using a peptide crosslinking agent. More particularly, the present invention relates to a hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel and a method for preparing the same, wherein, unlike conventional crosslinking agents, a peptide bond is formed to obtain a crosslinked body with new physical properties with a relatively small amount of crosslinking agent. The present invention also has the advantage of having few side effects, being safe, being able to control the physical properties of a filler according to the amount of crosslinking of peptides, and having a high elastic ratio. 본 발명은 펩타이드 가교제를 이용하여 가교화된 히알루론산-펩타이드 가교체인 히알루론산 기반의 하이드로겔에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 종전의 가교제와는 달리 펩타이드 결합을 형성하여 상대적으로 적은 양의 가교제로 새로운 물성의 가교체를 얻고, 부작용이 적고 안전하며 펩타이드 가교량에 따라 필러의 물성을 조절할 수 있고 탄성 비율이 높은 장점을 갖는 히알루론계 하이드로산 기반의 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
