Pretreatment apparatus for ultrasonic testing

According to the present invention, a pretreatment device for an ultrasonic test comprises: a housing; a driving unit mounted inside the housing and having a driving motor; a plurality of magnetic wheels coupled to the housing and rotated by the driving unit to move the housing; a pair of front extension members extended from both side surfaces of the housing toward a front side; a rotary shaft connected between front end parts of the front extension members and coupled to be rotatable; a rotary motor for rotating the rotary shaft; and a brush member coupled to the rotary shaft to be rotated together with the rotary shaft in accordance with rotation of the rotary shaft. 본 발명에 따른 초음파 검사를 위한 전처리장치는 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 내부에 장착되고 구동모터를 포함하는 구동부와, 상기 하우징에 결합되고 상기 구동부에 의해 회전되어 상기 하우징을 이동시키기 위한 다수의 자석바퀴와, 상기 하우징의 양측면에서 전방으로 연장되는 한 쌍의 전방연장부재와, 상기 한 쌍의 전방연장부재의 전단부 사이에 연결되고 회전가능하게 결합되는 회전샤프트와, 상기 회전샤프트를 회전시키기 위한 회전모터와, 상기 회전샤프트에 결합되어 상기 회전샤프트가 회전함에 따라 함께 회전하는 브러쉬부재를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
